Our Mission
As Sermaye Borsasi, our primary mission is to raise the financial literacy level of individual stock market investors in Turkey to international standards. We believe that financial markets are not a playground or a gambling arena, but a partnership culture managed with rational analyses. We work to enable our investors to make decisions when choosing stocks by reading the balance sheets, income statements, and market depth data of companies, without depending on hearsay or the guidance of manipulators.
Through the free data terminal bot we developed and our active Telegram community, we offer instant data (brokerage house distributions, depth analyses, and settlement data) that normally require expensive license fees to the access of investors of all levels. By democratizing the power of data, we eliminate information inequality in the market and protect the rights of retail investors against large institutional funds.

Our Analysis Methodology
1. Fundamental Analysis Filter
The first stage of our stock selection process is fundamental analysis. We thoroughly examine companies' quarterly financial results, debt structure, operating profit margins, and cash flow statements. We include only companies that are financially healthy, growing their sales, and have high return on equity in our analysis scope. Companies crushed under debt burden or unable to generate cash from their core operations cannot pass our filters.
2. Technical Analysis Confirmation
We determine the correct buy-sell timing by examining the charts of the healthy companies we selected fundamentally. Support and resistance levels, moving average crossovers (Golden/Death Cross), RSI divergences, and volume trends are analyzed. Our goal is to take positions at the most optimal point where the stock ends its downtrend and transitions to the rising stage, keeping risks to a minimum.
3. Depth & Settlement Verification
In the final stage, we analyze the instant order distributions (depth) and brokerage house distributions (AKD) on the stock board. We verify whether the price movements are backed by institutional purchases or foreign funds. By examining whether shares are held collectively or in a scattered way through settlement analysis, we confirm the intention of major players on the board. This data integration is our primary weapon increasing our success rate.
